Refund Policy

We want you to love GLOBIX. Every credit purchase is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee on credits that have not yet been spent unlocking products.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
You may request a full refund of any credit purchase within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the credits from that purchase have not yet been spent unlocking a product. Refunds are prorated against the unspent balance.
2. What is refundable
- Unspent credits from a purchase made within the last 14 days.
- Duplicate or accidental purchases reported within 30 days.
- Charges resulting from a technical issue on our side that prevented you from using the Service.
3. What is not refundable
- Credits already spent unlocking a product.
- Purchases older than 14 days, except where required by mandatory consumer protection law.
- Custom volume agreements and enterprise contracts, which follow their own refund terms.
- Charges resulting from a violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on the order, including your order number and the reason for the refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. For bank transfers, the funds are returned to the originating account; please allow additional time for your bank to clear the transaction.
6. Promo codes & discounts
If you used a promo code or first-signup bonus, the refund amount equals the amount actually paid, not the gross price before the discount.
7. Currency conversion
Refunds are issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any difference due to exchange-rate fluctuation between purchase and refund is borne by your bank or card issuer.
8. EU/UK statutory rights
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Rights Act. By starting to use the Service immediately upon purchase, you expressly waive this right with respect to credits already consumed.
9. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — most issues can be resolved within a day. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in immediate suspension of your account pending resolution.
