Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any unauthorized use.

The Service is sold in credits. One credit equals €0.10 (or the equivalent in supported currencies at checkout). Credits are prepaid, do not expire, and are non-transferable. Credits consumed for completed actions are non-refundable except as expressly described in our Refund Policy.

We currently accept bank transfer at checkout, with card, PayPal and Stripe support coming soon. Orders are confirmed once payment is received. Bank transfer details are emailed after order placement and the workspace unlocks within 1–2 business days of receipt.

You may request a full refund of any credit purchase within 14 days of the transaction, provided that no more than 50 credits have been consumed from the purchased balance. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. See the Refund Policy for details.

You agree to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation, including activity that harms the Service, other users, or third parties.

You retain ownership of all content you upload or create using the Service ('Your Content'). You grant GLOBIX a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, transmit and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

The Service, including all software, designs, logos and trademarks, is owned by GLOBIX or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

From time to time we may offer features identified as beta, alpha or preview. These features are provided 'as is', may be modified or discontinued at any time and are not subject to any SLA.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED 'AS IS' AND 'AS AVAILABLE' WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY. GLOBIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GLOBIX WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GLOBIX IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR US $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

You may close your account at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Warsaw, Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
